The project involves the redevelopment of North Wing, North Annex and part of East Wing of the existing Old Quadrangle Building located in the Carlton Campus. Being a heritage site, the redevelopment required meticulous planning and execution from our project management team in order to carry out not only the design-intended mechanical installation works, but also tweaks-and-turns to avoid compromising the building’s structural integrity.
