Situated in Altona North and just 12km from the CBD, Millers Junction is a thriving retail and business precinct that includes Millers Junction Home, Millers Junction Business and Millers Junction Retail. Quadrant is responsible for the design and execution of the base building mechanical services in a variety of tenancies within the centre. The list includes large format and specialty retail tenancies, food and beverage tenancies, drive-thru tenancies and the shopping centre amenities. Among them all, the giant Woolworths’ tenancy package is expected to be the most challenging component for our team. The project is ongoing and expected to due in late 2019.
