The project at St Leonards College in East Brighton is a D&C Project consisting of two new buildings with one being a new teaching facility with classrooms, offices and cafeteria. The other being a fully equipped theatre/auditorium with acoustics being a major focus. Quadrant is partnered with ecoMECH Engineers to provide a fully designed CHW and HHW system consisting of chillers, boilers, AHU’s, FCU’s, Fans and pumps. The project is expected to due in late 2019 quarter.
